Hey there Poweroo, sorry for the delay in getting back to you.The time consuming combo of work & school.Thanks for sending the link - I think I found the problem.The written instructions that you appear to be following are for Method 1and won't work on Windows 8.I did make note of the first step, esp. The part where it says, 'In Windows 8, from the Start Screen type.' But I t hink that may be a typo on the writer's part and am going to let the Site Admins know that that probably needs to be corrected.Would you mind scrolling all the way down and trying Method 4?I'm willing to bet a nice wireless mouse that that Method will get you what you're looking for.Gotta run (I'm at work) but will check in laters.Winterland.

When i launch the 'Local Users And Groups' snap-in using the command 'lusrmgr.msc', i found the message 'This computer is running Windows 7 Home Premium. This snapin may not be used with this version of Windows.Solution: To manage user accounts for the computer running Home Premium edition, use the User Accounts tool in the control panel.
